Our Design Process
Starting with the problem

Design stems from the end result of invention process –  we follow an iterative but structured process to ensure that the finish product is guaranteed to be a unique, marketable solution on which Intellectual Property rights can be asserted and a Patent applied.

The starting point however is to identifying the core problem that we are looking to solve
With all elements of the process carried out ˜in house” confidentially is guaranteed. Other Product Design.

Consultancies may outsource various elements of the design process, including IP or patent research, prototyping, and manufacturing, increasing the risk of the design being copied.

    Our Process

    1. Define targets – what the problem that we are trying to solve, and why?
    2. Define all the options possible for target problem
    3. Based on these results, start concept design and define, continually assessing to ensure output is appropriate for Intellectual Property (IP) creation
    4. Carry out IP search on finalised concept design, and make any changes needed according to the result.
